We do not host, audit, or control the source code of the plugins, themes, or custom snippets you choose to deploy. Running a deployment script or installing multiple plugins simultaneously can cause conflicts, fatal errors, or database issues depending on your server environment and the specific software combination. You acknowledge that you use AgilePress entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise and require that you take a complete, verified backup of your WordPress files and database before deploying any AgilePress Stack to a staging or production environment. We will not be liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages incurred.

2. No Affiliation with WordPress

AgilePress is an independent, third-party service built by and for WordPress professionals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise related to WordPress, Automattic Inc., or the WordPress Foundation. “WordPress” and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Third-Party Software and External Links

Our platform allows you to pull plugins and themes directly from the official WordPress.org repository or from external URLs you provide. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the safety, security, or functionality of any third-party software, premium plugins, or external links added to your Stacks.

If an external link or third-party plugin introduces malware, vulnerabilities, or breaks your website, AgilePress Solutions LLC holds no liability. The responsibility to verify the integrity of external sources falls entirely on the user.
