- Personal and Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address, username, and any optional profile data you provide (such as Agency Name, Website URL, and Bio).
- Billing Information: For paid subscriptions (Pro or Agency plans), our payment processor (SureCart via Stripe and/or PayPal) collects your billing details. AgilePress does not process or store your credit card numbers on our servers.
- Service Data (Stacks and Vault): We store the data you input to create your Stacks, including plugin/theme names, URLs, public notes, private notes, and configuration files uploaded to your Vault (e.g.,
.json,.xml). - Connection Audit Logs (Security Data): To protect your Private Stacks and Vault files, our deployer plugin uses temporary JWT tokens. When a deployment is initiated, we log the Date/Time, the Authorized Domain (the destination website), and the IP Address making the request.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our platform and deployment API.
- To process your transactions securely via SureCart.
- To send you important administrative emails, such as password resets, subscription renewals, and security alerts.
- To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse of our systems using the Connection Audit Logs.
- To allow you to export your data and backup your Stacks.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Our primary third-party processors include:
- SureCart / Stripe / PayPal: For secure subscription management and payment processing.
- Transactional Email Providers: To ensure secure delivery of account-related notifications.
4. Data Security and Privacy of Your Stacks
We implement robust security measures to protect your data.
- Private Stacks: If you mark a Stack as “Private”, it is hidden from search engines, public directories, and other users. It can only be accessed via an encrypted JWT session initiated by you.
- Vault Files: Any configuration files uploaded to your Vault are stored securely and are only accessible by you or through your authorized deployment sessions. We do not read, analyze, or harvest data from your configuration files.
5. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain your personal information and Stack data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Data Export: You have the right to export a complete copy of your data (JSON and Vault files) at any time from your Dashboard.
- Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may contact us or use the tools provided in your dashboard. Upon deletion, all your Stacks, Vault files, and personal data will be permanently removed from our active servers.
