Refund Policy

AgilePress Solutions LLC (“AgilePress”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing a transparent and fair billing process for our users at agilepress.solutions.

Because we offer a fully functional, time-unlimited Free plan (the “Explorer” plan) that allows you to thoroughly test our platform, deploy plugins, and evaluate our services before making a financial commitment, we maintain a strict No Refund policy.

By upgrading to a paid subscription (Pro or Agency), you agree to the following billing terms:

1. Initial Purchases

All initial purchases of AgilePress paid subscriptions are final. Since you have the opportunity to test the core functionality of our service via the Free plan prior to upgrading, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, lack of usage, or failure to understand the product’s capabilities.

2. Auto-Renewals and Forgotten Cancellations

To ensure uninterrupted service, all paid subscriptions (monthly or annual) are set to automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle.

We will send you multiple reminder emails in advance of your upcoming renewal date to the email address associated with your account. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your payment method will be charged. We do not issue refunds for automatic renewal charges, even in the case of forgotten cancellations.

3. Mid-Term Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AgilePress Customer Area.

Canceling your subscription prevents any future charges from occurring. However, we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for any unused time remaining in your current billing cycle.

If you cancel mid-term, your account will retain its premium status (Pro or Agency) and you will continue to have full access to your Private Stacks and Vault files until the end of your current paid billing period. Once the period expires, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized fraudulent charge, please contact our support team immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your AgilePress account.
